Was brought here as a birthday treat. It was quite a nice and wonderful experience - with the tea upon arrival, kimono dress-up, foot scrub (with tea again), 45min onsen with desserts served (wow) and a 60mins massage. We had already thought of coming back here another time, then we were offered to buy a package, which to me is quite worth it, tbh. The service is good and the place quite welcoming. Felt great after the whole session.

Had a wonderful experience here! Special thanks to Miki, who warmly welcomed us and patiently explained each segment clearly. The experience started with feet soaking, followed by photo-taking in their kimono, and then the private onsen. It’s very suitable for family/friends bonding. The snacks were delicious, the massage was comfortable, and the place was clean and well-maintained. Overall, a very relaxing and enjoyable visit. Highly recommended!

Recommended to come here by my sibling though do note they speak Chinese and Malay better than English. Snacks are nice, onsen soak temperature was perfect and massage was good. Booked online via their WhatsApp has fast responses, their staff are polite and helpful. Overall it is a good treat to try. (PS I realised that the lady massaging me did miss out/skip a few parts but eh)

With nearly 2,000 positive reviews, you know you’re in for a good experience at 30° Onsen — and it truly did not disappoint! This is a perfect spot for couples, sisters, or even a mother-daughter bonding day. I visited with my mum who's in her late 70s, and she absolutely loved it. We also had lots of fun dressing up and taking photos in beautiful kimonos. The onsen temperature is milder compared to the natural hot springs in Japan or Korea, which made it more comfortable and relaxing for us. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the ambiance is calm and peaceful. What really stood out was the service — the staff were warm, patient, and attentive. We truly felt we received 5-star treatment throughout our visit. Ms Miki receive and guided us through the process. They also offer packages that are more cost-effective if you plan to return. Best of all, Ms Miki was informative but not pushy when explaining the options. We took the first-timer couple package, which was a great deal to start off. We made payment / deposit during reservation, and I could understand why as they reserved that one room for us. They may have ongoing promotions, so it's worth checking out their website or contacting them via WhatsApp for the latest updates. I genuinely hope they continue to thrive for many years. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

Was searching for couple spa and this is one of the places that came up. Interesting concept. Friendly staff. Not pushy on top up components. It was my wife's birthday, and they suprise her with slice of cake, banter and a birthday song! Yukata is free size, therefore, if slightly on the bigger size, cant fit. Water in onsen is nicely warm. Dessert provided is decent. Massage is good.
