So much choices of fresh ingredients here, close to 100! Hotpot meat is cut on the spot, don't worry for the freshness Price is reasonable, bbq & hotpot 2 in 1 😋 Sauces option is great, free flow fruit juice and soft drink They do have waffle & icecream

The staff’s service is good and friendly. The food is replenished quickly, and the meat is freshly cut. Overall, the ingredients are fresh. However, we were a bit disappointed with the hotpot soup bases. We ordered the mala milk soup base (at an additional cost) and the bone soup base (included in the buffet price). The mala base tasted a bit strange, and the bone soup base was just average.

There are a lot of flies when you sit outside. To be honest, the crabs and oysters are not very fresh, but the braised pork rice is delicious. Because there are too many flies outside, it really affects my mood and appetite for eating. I hope the store can find a way to solve it. There was also an employee who told me that someone had reserved a seat inside, but until I finished eating, that seat was still empty. I hope the reservation method can be made fairer. After all, everyone pays the same fee. I really don’t want to sit outside without air conditioning.

The braise pork rice and waffles are really good. There is free flow of mozzarella too. But the space is too cramp to sit comfortably. The customer service is quite bad. After payment the young girl cashier leave the counter and we were taking some free snacks at the counter. When we were about to leave, a male staff asked very impolitely “You paid already?” After he verified the facts, he apologized in an unpleasant tone, as if he was forced to do it. Before you get the facts right, it’s better to ask questions in a better tone, instead of treating your customers like they have already committed a crime. This gesture really puts me off. The management should train their staff to improve their customer service. Particularly in F&B industry, this is utmost importance if you want to increase customer’s repatronage intentions.
